Its a bad application I tried to track my mail but it did not work

This application will not show me the tracking on my packages :(

Yes....I am having the same issue with this application.. I cant get any tracking info at all... The question is will I ever receive my package??

But the service is garbage. It hasnt been able to track my package for 5 days. Good times.

Despite others negative reviews, my China Post tracking number works fine. It saves the search, so its easy to get updates for same package, thus better than searching on website.

Its tracking my package just fine and I like the fact it saves my tracking number. For the people its not working for I think youre probably just doing something wrong because its working fine for me. Also getting your package late is no reason to rate the app so low. Grow up

Put in my tracking number just sits and loads. Junk

App needs an auto refresh and update of tracking status for all stored tracking numbers instead of having to individually refresh. App is unable to store tracking numbers if they are from overseas and have not arrived yet. This makes it very cumbersome to keep having to input tracking numbers until they arrive. Other postal companies allow the numbers to be stored for refresh.

Everyone else is just whining about singposts service.

The 80s called and they want their UI back. Both the UI, app, and the back end web service functions like it was written by a 8year old. Pretty useless if you want to track anything.

Needed some work, and now this update broke tracking altogether.

Its not about only the app, but for the whole system. Its time for you to upgrade your system. I got my tracking number for 4 days but its not be found on your system. Having an application is not so important if you still have a poor delivery system. Compared to any other post offices in this world, you guys are one of the most disappointing post system for me.

Ive ordered a few items from Fasttech. They gave me a tracking number a month ago and it still doesnt work. Delivery is very slow and unorganized.

I like this so much, i almost all time purchase stuffs from SP post. This app really updates me with my tracking numbers info update with notification. Wish it could do more real time tracking. Altogether, nice app.

I typed in the tracking number it says not found, but yet the company sending my product shows delivery "In Air".

Every one in a while it forgets labels and even tracking numbers... Piece of ****!
