Trying to pay for customs duties but it refuses to let me, just keeps saying transaction could not be process, so frustrating

Allow to login for only one device, dev probably don't understand the we're prone to have more than one device nowadays. No apparent way to manage the parcel which popped up as a notification but nowhere to be found in the app. Reaching for support to communicate with the driver for feedback and improvement is non-existence.

Dysfunctional, doesn’t send OTPs, impossible to use for payment, which is great since SingPost no longer collects cash and forces you to use the app…

An sms otp AND email otp are required, but email otp never arrives. I give up

Terrible app - can’t pay bills intuitively. Need to read the instruction manual to find things.

I can’t create a account to track my package because I don’t have a Singapore phone number.

Requires an account and a password. So, tried creating account, says I already have one. Tried resetting password, sent me a temporary one to set a new password. After that, I tried logging in with new password and the wheel keeps spinning forever. This is a dysfunctional app. If I can only rate it 0 out of 5!!!

Forced to download and use app to receive service. Hope their data protection is good, cause way too much info was requested…

It does not work. What an embarrassment for Singapore, their national postal system can’t even create a working app.

Useless app. Provides login screen with no way to create account or log in. Used to be slightly useful app for tracking parcels.

App loads endlessly and never opens. It’s nice you have an animated loading screen but that’s not useful. I want to track Singapore post packages

Stuck at the start

I can’t get past the intro animation. Trying to track a purchase, but I can’t even get to the page to enter the tracking number.

All these apps are so thirsty for your data. What used to be a usable package tracking app now requires so many hoops to jump through.

The app doesn’t seem to work. The website shows “Despatched to overseas (County code: US. Both posting and status dates 16/08/2020. Today in US is 27/08/2020. Update 08/09/2020. No improvement. I’ve entered a new tracking number and app immediately responds with “network connection lost”.

Can never track an item due to “lost network connection” error despite strong persistent wifi. Ok when same item is tracked online on the computer. Interface design is horrible. Text cannot be read because it’s dark Grey over Black background. Laughable that it’s even available!!!

Ok I placed my order over a month ago and even tho I know COVID is messing a lot of online shipping up right now, but I still haven’t received any update on my order, I’ve tried to put in my tracking number for so many different package tracking websites and they all say the location of my item is unknown but it’s “on its way”. I’ve ordered 5 other things before and after this where some were international shipping and I’ve already received them and my tracking number started working after a few days on those orders.

Kept crashing after updating this app.

Buggy, cannot even keep "saved" items when logged in from one session to another... useless as everything else here

I guess I should be grateful that they are not charging money for this app... Seriously, any plans on fixing this app? Seems that the complains have been going on for months now... Somebody needs to get cracking and get this app fixed, or Apple should remove it from the library altogether...

When I try to track a package the app just crashes.

horrible app. As soon as you put in a tracking number it crashes! Don't install! It's not worth the space! Update this! And maybe I'll redownload it

Every one in a while it forgets labels and even tracking numbers... Piece of ****!

I typed in the tracking number it says not found, but yet the company sending my product shows delivery "In Air".

I like this so much, i almost all time purchase stuffs from SP post. This app really updates me with my tracking number's info update with notification. Wish it could do more real time tracking. Altogether, nice app.

I've ordered a few items from Fasttech. They gave me a tracking number a month ago and it still doesn't work. Delivery is very slow and unorganized.

It's not about only the app, but for the whole system. It's time for you to upgrade your system. I got my tracking number for 4 days but it's not be found on your system. Having an application is not so important if you still have a poor delivery system. Compared to any other post offices in this world, you guys are one of the most disappointing post system for me.

Pointless to download, might as well use the website tracking because this does not work at all. Deleted the app

Needed some work, and now this update broke tracking altogether.

The 80s called and they want their UI back. Both the UI, app, and the back end web service functions like it was written by a 8year old. Pretty useless if you want to track anything.

Everyone else is just whining about singpost's service.

It's tracking my package just fine and I like the fact it saves my tracking number. For the people it's not working for I think you're probably just doing something wrong because it's working fine for me. Also getting your package late is no reason to rate the app so low. Grow up

Despite others' negative reviews, my China Post tracking number works fine. It saves the search, so it's easy to get updates for same package, thus better than searching on website.
